The hotel is beautiful and clean. We were extremely happy with our rooms. Perfect location enabled us to walk (approximately 10 minutes) to Niagara Falls State Park, the location of both Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds. Starbucks for breakfast every morning. The Rainforest Cafe was good. Friendly staff. Definitely would recommend!

Was only here for one night hit the room was in excellent condition and the service was phenomenal! 10/10 recommend any time!
Checking in was very warming and the staff was very helpful with a positive attitude and met my needs. Our room was very clean and well decorated. I'm very picky with my bathrooms and it was very clean! My husband and I slept so much longer throughout the night, didn't wake up in the middle of the night. I didn't want to leave the bed it was just that comfortable on my body. The shower was the second best thing that I enjoyed, good water pressure. Very quiet, rooms are soundproof. I will definitely book again and again. Thank you to the Sheraton hotel staff.
Nice room…but the coffee machine was inoperable for ordinary people! Couldn’t figure out how to make a morning cup of coffee…so had to PAY at Starbucks! Expensive and Annoying….
Very clean hotel. My granddaughters enjoyed the swimming pool! Excellent.

We stayed at the hotel because we were in town for an event at the convention center. It is very conveniently located in proximity and had great add ons like Starbucks, Rainforest Cafe and the indoor pool/hot tub was terrific. We had a family suite which sports a King size bedroom, separate bunk beds (twin/double) and a pullout couch. The room also had a mini fridge, microwave, kitchenette sink and bar sitting area. There were two separate bathroom sinks/mirrors so double the space for my girls to get ready! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. We originally We there.
I thought everything was nice except one thing. We went to grab a bite at rainforest Cafe. It was freezing in there so we got it to go. I got the bacon cheeseburger. I got back to the room and ate it. I got so severely sick it wouldn't stop. I lost that whole day in bed. There was something wrong with it. It had an odd taste to it. Other than that things were fine. We like it here just nervous to eat there again. It's our favorite restaurant but I don't know anymore. Maybe u could refund our money for the food at rain forest cafe.
Stayed over Christmas Holiday with my three grandsons. We had a great time. So much for them to do.
Staff was great and accommodating to myself and my family. The front desk ladies gave me directions to laundry room with soap and dryer sheets and explained parking to me. Very happy with our experience!
