Only complaint I have is the early check in fee if $28 ended up being $48. I don’t like deception and conn games. Just tell me the full truth so I can decide freely weather or not to pay the fee or wait.

Rooms were clean. The waterpark was so much fun for the kids. Arcade is giant. Loved the Margaritaville Cafe. Overall we had a great time with our young kids.

Our hotel stay was great after we were moved to another room due to the A/C unit leaking in the original room we were staying. Management handled everything and accommodated with a better room. Housekeeping was so wonderful with anything we needed. The staff was very friendly. My daughter, my grandbabies, the twins and I had an awesome time celebrating their 10th birthday. 🎂.

Waiting for 2 plus hours at check in not cool. Nonfunctional coffee maker and three attempts to get desk to respond also not cool. Disappointed to say the least.
Pricing was not consistent.

This was my first time to stay at Margaritaville Biloxi and it couldn’t have been better! Very clean, easy to get around and the staff was incredible! Highly recommend.
Have company outing annually here. Love the place. Game area was fun as always!
