Arrived from Palm Desert CA to check in around 8 Lady and Man at desk no smiles no greeting just do you have a reservation and what is your name. Said there was no corporate code on computer and wasn't able to make any adjustments here is your room key 4th floor end of hall. The saving grace was the morning breakfast staff. They smiled said good morning and have a safe trip when we left. Nice.
