We had a late check in on Wednesday the 21st. When we showed up the young gal at the front desk recognized who I was from the last visit that I had which was pretty amazing she remembered. As we checked in, I asked for a bathmat for our room and she had said that there was none available or they didn’t have any. But later on that night She had called and said she had a bathmat and brought one up for us. That is what I call good customer service thank you.
I would like to send a praise for one of your receptionists, Lomé. Three of us arrived expecting a room for three. Lome figured out the problem, found a room and we were able to stay without too much inconvenience. “good on” your employee.
Our two Queen room was snug but had everything we possibly needed; all high quality items. Comfortable beds, large bathroom with tall showerhead and a delicious breakfast. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. We would stay again.
