Over all dirty room and hotel. Very poor upkeep.
Very nice staff. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and helpful. Facility is a bit old but seems well maintained.
The king size mattress had a large crater which made sleeping difficult. I advised the front desk of this upon checkout and they stated they would replace it. Let's hope they do as this room cost $235 for the night with no allowances offered.

One of the escalators at the Holiday Inn Crown Plaza stopped working on Wednesday, April 2, 2025 and remained out of service for the duration of my stay. Since the conference sessions were held on the lower level, attendees had to rely on the elevators to get down. With over 300 people in attendance, this made things extremely challenging, to say the least. Additionally, one of the three elevators also broke down. I have attended other conferences at this hotel and I recall that the escalator was out of order for over a year during a previous visit. The main conference rooms on the lower level had only partially functioning speakers, which created difficulties during our breakfast and lunch meetings. When I asked the hotel staff if they could address the issue, nothing was done. On a positive note, the meals at this conference were significantly improved compared to previous years, which had quite terrible food.
