Called to get my money back, had civil so couldn't go to the concert, hotel policy is no refund. So don't schedule a room at this hotel, poor policy. Didn't even get a Veteran discount.
Very nice hotel, very accommodating staff. We were in town for a funeral, everyone was very kind during our time of mourning.
