The lodging, food and shopping were excellent.
Our room in the east wing was remodeled and very nice! The air system was quiet and effective. The bathroom fresh a bright. The vanity mirror and surrounding light was very illuminating. The beds were comfortable and pillows comfortable and the number of pillows at four sufficient. Great experience.
Great bathtub and shower, nice bedding and lots of pillows. Quiet room. All the basics for a stay!
We enjoyed our stay, staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel amenities(pool) were very nice. No on site laundry, which ended up being an issue for me, (little guy with tummy issues) other then that small thing, absolutely would recommend.

All was very good ,except for the woman that checked us in,she was very rude and very unpleasant,she had very short buzzed hair,not a very welcoming person.

Rooms are always clean and comfortable. It's a great place to stay with kids. We drove in during a snowstorm and the staff was so nice. I will definitely stay there again.
