The way you do business is not very good.
Good Starbucks and food service. Beds comfortable. Hotel room was clean. Lacked an elevator for one side of the hotel. I had noisy neighbors on Friday night. Room was not cleaned one night, but when cleaned, they did a good job.
I made the reservation by phone and that person was very helpful and courteous. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and courteous as well.
