The cool thing about Courtyard by Marriott Bloomington is that it offers a variety of amenities including a bar/lounge, gym, pool, spa, and a restaurant.
This was a very good experience. Friendly staff and having a bar restaurant in the hotel is a big plus.
Nice hotel with nice staff.The hotel is clean and a good choice for people who want to be walking distance from downtown and the school.
Room was recently renovated.
We were treated in a courteous and helpful way throughout our entire connection with courthouse Marriott in Bloomington. This began the night before when a reservation we made online with a second party by mistake approved to be an error and we had no way to contact anyone to make it the correction. We called the hotel and they worked with us to figure out who to call and how to go about it. The next day or check in with seamless. The hotel is spotless and the staff went out of its way to help us and make us comfortable at every turn. We have stayed in all of the major hotels in downtown Bloomington area over the past 20 years. Courtyard Marriott is absolutely the best.

Charge for room eas outrageous. .and we had to pay to park in an outdoor parking lot. Television lineup was terrible with no hard copy of available stations. No free movie channel. Desk clerk was very good. Not worth the fees paid.
