Amber at the front desk was kind and helpful. Sharon at the bar/restaurant was such a pleasure to talk to and was great at what she did. Rooms were clean and nice. I would stay here again when I'm in Willoughby or nearby.
We stayed during heavy snow and had dinner at the Bistro. Sharon was a wonderful host and made the best chicken wings up for us!
Wasn't there long. Hotel was clean and comfortable.
