charge guess for parking and not communicating when booking, backed up toilet, steps not cleared from ice, entire parking lot not cleared from snow that happened the day before. we checked out early. then when we called to complain people couldn't under when communicating. sad thing is we have a large job in dc and would of used this hotel for weeks. not now !
