I was staying here to be close to my mom, currently in critical condition at St. Mary’s Hospital. The staff, from the front desk to the late night dinner (after not eating all day because I was bedside with my mom) was excellent and comforting. And I chose to eat my late night dinner in the Bistro and enjoyed the warmth, the music, the gathering around me. People were enjoying each other. So important.

Did not like that I could not change the temperature in my room and it was hot and stuffy.
the hotel room was qute acceptable. the evening we were there it was extremely busy some huge event alots of people moving in and out the lobby area. I had booked a room through virao and upon arrival I was told the reservation was for the next night. 120.00 viago charge the hotel charged me 230.00. .was not willing to work in with us to provde a more reasonable pricing. so the customer service was not satisfactory.
The stay was great. I felt safe, fist time I ever traveled alone. Tay at the front desk made sure my needs were meet. No attitudes just good vibes. Coffee was good, rooms nice, maintenance man guided me to the areas to go to food, etc. I will be back!
