I knew I was going to enjoy my stay at the Holiday Inn because I had called three hours prior to check in and I spoke Keisha. She was so kind and informative as to answer all of my questions with very precise answers. Upon checking in, we had to wait two hours for our room to be cleaned so we sat down in the nicest breakfast area with a clean table and played cards. She came to notify us one hour earlier when we could get into our rooms at two o’clock. The room was beyond neat and clean; we had experienced a very nasty bathroom in the best Western the night before. We left on the 445 shuttle and was very pleased that our luggage had been taken care of and put on the van. We went to the airport and got there in about 10 minutes. We really appreciate the efforts of all who made our stay very lovely. I may not have the correct spelling of the young lady that was on duty at one o’clock when we arrived at the hotel it was October 17 so you could probably track down who was working. She was awesome and made us feel so welcome.

It was exactly what I needed and exactly what I was hoping for.
They lied about the swimming pool when we get the swimming os closed and rhe first room they give us it was horrible, the udor is really bad ..
Clean facility and room. Comfortable beds and extremely quiet for the amount of guests staying that night. Requested more bath towels and delivered within minutes. Very friendly and informative staff.
We had a pleasant one night stay at this hotel and found the room to be clean and comfortable. The desk people were very friendly. We would definitely stay there again in the future.
Being a platinum member and have stayed many times in the past to be treated with disrespect and just downright rude. Will never stay at this hotel ever again and will tell others not to stay as well.
