We had a pre paid reservation for Saturday and Sunday nights. We checked in Saturday morning, left for the day, came back Saturday night. Left Sunday morning, came back Sunday night and found our room had been cleaned out, our belongings gone. Checking with the front desk, we were told that we had never checked in. After almost two hours of trying to get it rectified, I gave up and asked for our belongings back. We were returned our things that were taken from the room that we didn't check into and returned the card keys we were given (when we didn't check in. The management refused to let us stay in the room we had paid for. No apologies, no restitution. I'm 72 years old and rented the room so that I wouldn't have to drive home after the full weekend. Never staying there again!
