The doors were not working to get into the building. They didn't have any "free" water available. Ice machine was not working. No complimentary anything! We were told we could have tea, then we received a call to let us know there was no complimentary tea. I don't know if there was a newer employee or someone that just didn't know what was happening. Too expensive for the inconvenience. There are much nicer hotels in the area that I would recommend.

Everything was great. The breakfast was delish but only had a staff of 1. Had to wait 45 minutes for our breakfast. Rooms clean and staff was great.
We got to the hotel and checked in. Went to the room. Overall the room was okay. The pillows were very very uncomfortable. The next morning the outlet in the bathroom/sink area did not work which resulted in me going ins hunt in the room for an outlet. Also, I was there for an Allstate meeting. Overall the meeting space failed to meet expectations. The tables were cracked and dirty. The refreshments for the meeting never came and the lunch that was provided was 6/10. The drinks showed up over halfway through the meal.

Am in a rough spot in life and chose this hotel at random to just be a mess for a few days before I had to face everything. The staff was incredible. The amenities perfect. And multiple employees complimented their manager. Honestly was the best experience I've ever had at any hotel I have ever stayed at.
