The hotel room we stayed in was clean! Normally I have to go and self clean floors of the bathroom. This is one of the only hotels I didn’t have to do that. Thank you for being a hotel that takes the time to clean floors properly and not leave hair behind. Being a hotel where I didn’t feel I couldn’t touch things until I sprayed everything down first. I do that regardless, but with this stay we didn’t feel the room was dirty.
The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the breakfast was delicious with a great selection.
Overall disappointed. Water pressure was so low there was no way you could take a shower. Lighting was very poor. We could never get the TV to work.
Courtyard Bistro that has breakfast options ranging from yogurt parfait, hot breakfast sandwiches, eggs and bacon, french toast and many other seasonal items. We also serve Starbucks lattes and coffee all day.

Robin and staff are the best thing about the greater Kansas City metro. Clean, affordable, property with service that will make you think you are staying at a boutique hotel.
