Here is a list of the issues No water or AC, understandble but then have bottled water available. Phones did not work what happens in an emergency that is seriuous! Restaurant was closed at 10 pm and we came over from the airport a diet coke is $5 seriously! No hot water for showers in the morning. $250.00 for this? I would suggest a 50% discount because this service is typical of lower priced hotels and not Hilton.
Very clean property with excellent customer service. Special recognition to the desk staff and shuttle drivers!
Hotel was very clean. The guy did an amazing job all on his own in the restaurant area.
Good stay at this property. The staff was very friendly, love the cookies and the bed was comfortable! The bar was not staffed for the event and number of people there, so the bartender seemed stressed out.

The hotel and staff were great!
The employees were very professional and prompt on the needs that I asked help with for a large meeting I was there for and helping to get set up. The Buffet was good but would have been nice if had some type of dessert. The rooms need to be refreshed up and a better source of hot water.
