I stay here every time I come to Nashville my wife has frequented Vanderbilt Hospital this it’s a comfort to us both and our puppy.
Staff is always helpful and friendly. And the rooms are clean! I feel safe here traveling alone.
The front desk employee was very helpful and considerate.
Joshua Kutzma was our shuttle driver to Fisher center he was top notch! Very professional, kind and knowledgeable about the area.

I’m always happy at Holiday Inn Express. Staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and if we need anything all I have to do is ask.

The lobby and workers were great. The hallways were hot and muggy but the room was nice and cool. The balcony, while a nice touch, needed a curtain that would block all the lights. It was difficult to sleep with the glares of the surrounding buildings. The Commodore Lounge was amazing!
Everyone was very accommodating. Restaurant room service went out of their way to fulfill our request...Lady that helped with our luggage needs a raise! She is an asset to your hotel! Richard, the shuttle driver was very good, helping us in and out of the van, and was a careful driver!
Hotel did a fine job and the staff was very cordial. Room was nice and quiet. They had a shuttle to and from the hospital.

The stay was wonderful and the hotel is close to downtown and the shuttle is great too. I think I will stay again very soon.
