Very impressed that the manager offered us a ride to the train in his personal vehicle because the shuttle wasn't scheduled to run wow.
A wonderful person from the Sheraton Call center couldn't get me in at their airport hotel but called around to several and booked me at your Comfort Inn. As I came in just after two am. .the night audit clerk..sorry I didn't get his name..was very welcoming. Confirming the booking and stated that check out was at 11am but I could stay until noon, with complimentary breakfast at 6am on this past Monday morning. He asked about my cancellation and was sorry to hear that and that he hopes my room will be great despite the hour. In the morning I came down for breakfast with three hours sleep and Sheen at the front desk helped me as I was missing my toothpaste. Also told me I could book until 3pm at $49.00 of which I did, because I was booked out on the same flight as the cancelled one on Sunday. However I rebooked to Winnipeg leaving at 3:15. I came down to the desk and cancelled the extended stay with Sheen of which she did immediately with no problem. She then called my room at 11:00 to remind me that the shuttle leaves at 11:30 for the airport and did I need anything else. I thanked her sincerely for making what could have been a horrible night quite comfortable and she took the time to call my room so I wouldn't have to take an Uber. I can't say enough about your staff and about the lady from the Sheraton Call Center who took over and booked me in to your facility. Please pass along thanks to Sheen. from a weary traveler from Saskatchewan. With gratitude.
Rude front desk, parking charges wanted to argue about, not sure how but got charged in US funds.
Okay, overall. Does the job. Comfortable bed, breakfast was good, friendly staff. Would stay again. Close to Toronto Airport.
