Only complaint is that there was not a complimentary bottle of water.
Except for a problem with misunderstanding in interference with registration/charges, everyone was friendly and helpful. The decor of lobby/rooms was tasteful.
We were stranded in MSP due to the Delta IT issue. three Days with no luggage. The hotel GM was very helpful and outstanding. Margarat in the restaurant was amazing as were the Shuttle drivers!
