I had a great stay in the nice clean hotel.. Customer service was top notch!
We really enjoyed our time at this hotel. The staff was wonderful and so helpful. Unfortunately I left behind a tablet in my room. I called to let the hotel know and they told me it had been turned in. They have worked with me to get it returned and I really appreciate it so much. Very honest and hard working people are at this hotel.
The hotel elevator didn’t work. The rooms smelled of smoke even though they were “non smoking.” There were stains on the towels. And the hallways smelled horrible.
