Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable,well supplied with amenities.
It was a last minute circumstance that left me scrambling for a hotel. This one fit all my needs. Warm, welcoming, with cozy rooms. Located within walking distance to coffee, restaurants and the movie theater.
Sonestra Select in Pleasant Hill has a very nice and attentive staff, especially the front desk b the responds quickly and positively to every request.

Fantastic hotel in every way! This hotel is so customer focused in the services they provide and how they deliver them. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the Sonesta Select Pleasant Hill. It's lovely; rooms are comfortable, well appointed, quiet and well maintained; in fact, my bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. There is a great gym and a laundry room; fast WiFi and TV with great selection of TV programs and movies. The bed was possibly the most comfortable I've ever slept in.
Pleasant and efficient check in. I was pleasantly surprised by the room and the bathroom…plenty of space and up to date. My only complaint would be the quality of the towels which were thin, small and rough.
The water temperature in the shower did not get hot, hit lukewarm at best.
Appreciate the friendly and courteous staff. The hotel itself is very nice, new carpet, nice decor and nice beds.
