We absolutely love staying at Sonesta in Boca Raton! The staff is very warm and wonderful and the rooms are lovely! We so appreciate that the bed sheets don’t smell of chemicals like they do in almost every airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. We also appreciate the location a lot. We’ll keep coming back. Thank you!

Not what I had expected. Was told that it was equal to the Wyndham across the street, which I have stayed at several times. Rugs were filthy in my room as well as the couch which I would not sit on. The staff was rude. Had to beg for fresh towels. A young adult was on the hallway floor at 1:30 am next to my room reciting bible verses. Night before a lot of banging on doors, someone was locked out? Not sure if it is a shelter for people with a housing voucher.
