Thank you to the staff at the Penfield Courtyard by Marriott. Your welcoming and kind nature was a nice change from the shortness and hurried world. You could tell that you wanted my stay to be comfortable and worth my money. My greeting was friendly and warm. The hotel itself was set up with many places to sit and relax, to hang out to talk, or to play games with friends or eat take out together. The rooms were very nice size and well appointed. They were clean and felt very welcoming. My daughter attends Nazareth University and just started this year as a freshman. I will stay here EVERY SINGLE TIME I come to Rochester. Thank you for the great place to come lay my head down.

Everything was clean and neat. The service desk employees were amazing. Only problem we had was the electrical outlets didn't want to cooporate to plug in my CPAP. that was a challenge.
