Older hotel but you can see the efforts to keep the hotel current. The bar/food area was pleasant and the food service and food were very good. The hotel location makes visiting Old Town very easy and within walking distance. Every staff member we meet was cordial and helpful.
Johanna and Denise are beyond belief. From taking care of the reservations, seeing that my brother, who is in a wheelchair, had the room best suited to his needs. They seem to know everything we needed to know and if they didn't, they knew who to call. In short, Jovanna and Denise are rock stars. I am a portfolio manager. If I lived in San Diego you would lose these two in a minute.
