The front desk employees were so friendly and easy to work with.
We were promoted a pool. Had to move to different hotel same night for grandchildren. Came to celebrate a birthday. Never going back.
This hotel does not enforce the "quiet time" they have posted. There were kids running up and down the halls outside our door well past midnight; outside in the parking lot screaming past midnight. We tried to avoid the elevator and took the stairs when we checked in around 7pm. It was full of kids throwing pop tarts. It was a mess and hotel staff did nothing. My two children were with me and we did not get any sleep until after 1am when it was finally quiet. Also, I booked a king suite with a pull out and the room was small and the pull out was smaller than a twin bed. It was some kind of chair. Almost $300 for one night and a total rip off and nightmare of a stay.
Visit the Bistro to start and energize the day with breakfast, then let the stress melt away in the evening at the Bistro Bar.
