The building is run down, not clean, smelled and the carpet was stained and disgusting. I usually enjoy Courtyard Marriot Hotels but this was an exception. The staff at the front desk, especially Olivia were wonderful. I give them a 10 out of 10, but the hotel a 0 out of 10.
Tom has been with this hotel for years, he's always very friendly and accommodating and always remembers me. The hotel is always clean and kitchen staff is very friendly and has a good food selection.
