Miss Kelly was just tremendous, she said since I had a handicap hang tag, I could have complimentary valet parking. I have not stayed at Chateau in over a year and was very surprised with the check in with Miss Kelly.

If you wanna step back into the 1990s, this is a hotel for you. But it wasn’t for me. Yellows and browns and lots of outdated furnishings.
There was no hand soap in bathroom, everything else great.
Quaint! We had a very pleasant experience.
furniture needs to be replaced, room not very clean.
housekeeping was non existent, even after asking.
The only thing that I would say please tell your guests if you are going to be there longer that one night, there will be no housekeeping. I had to go to the desk every day to get things. Otherwise, everything was great.
Clean and elegant hotel with friendly front desk help, bellhops and parking service.
