From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the most delightful staff. Solos, Patrick and the most pleasant front desk manager answered all my questions. I was in Philly for a dear friend who was having open heart surgery at Penn Medical. Perfect location after spending several long days sitting in a hospital room.
I have passed this hotel hundreds of times when I worked at Penn for many years. Had dinner and happy hours at the bar/restaurant which were always great. Now that I have moved out of Philly, I had the chance to stay at the hotel for some medical care. Delightful. Stylish, comfortable and very clean rooms. Hassle free valet service and lovely, accommodating front desk staff. Will definitely stay here again!
They have coffee maker and refrigerator etc in room plus breakfast on the house.
Very attractive, casual but upscale decor. Clean rooms and common areas. Excellent staff helpful, professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. Whoever is doing the hiring and training is doing an excellent job and your systems must be good. There were none of the delays or staff frustration that you see when systems aren’t working well.
