We come for the bike ride and this location near the start/finish is perfect. The beds are comfy and the staff is friendly and top notch. Looking forward to our next stay.

The room was supposed to have a sofa bed, but it did not. Everything else was good except for the lack of breakfast. Be careful who you book with. I went with the hotel description and not the booking agency.
The people are very nice and the room is very clean.

The people are very nice and the room is very clean.
I have stayed at this particular hotel whenever I've visited the area. It is very clean, the staff is very friendly and hospitable and efficient. The rooms are clean and stocked and the views of the river and sunrise and sunset are lovely. The location is convenient to good restaurants and entertainment. I enjoyed my stay this time and every other time. Look forward to returning here.
It was very hard to rate the hotel because it was under construction. Had I known that upfront, I would not have booked there unless the price was a little better, but it was standard pricing. The gentleman in the front that checked me in was amazing and friendly. The lady that was supposed to run Starbucks and the bar was sick so I didn't get to utilize any of those amenities. The room size is nice sized and the set up with the couch was a nice touch. I was on the construction side so my windows were covered up with plastic so I couldn't even see out and of course, there's the noise from the construction. Not complaining at all because I'm sure it will be lovely once it's completed. It would have been nice if they would've given a discount because of all this. The pricing was a little high for what was going on.
More attention could be paid to details like walls, corners, etc.

Rooms are large and spacious, really liked the walk-in shower as my husband is a fall risk and tubs are dangerous for him. We were both able to rest well. We were very pleased with the rooms. The staff was always very courteous and helpful. We had difficulty signing into the Wi-Fi network for each of our devices and they were VERY helpful with this.
