Great front desk people.
Nothing special. No real highlights. Just an average hotel with staff that really doesn't want to be there. They DO charge for parking, which they don't tell you until you get there. Incredibly overpriced.
I was totally impressed. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast area is well managed with friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Truly appreciate the shuttle service to and from hospital since I have someone with serious medical issues at U of M hospital.
