Hotel basics were all good, including a clean room with a comfy bed. The bar and the excellent barman made our stay. He was great to talk to about whisky and some of the other liquors he sold. Nice guy who deserves a raise!
The staff at this hotel are incredibly helpful and sincerely courteous. From the front desk, security and the bartenders, everyone always went above and beyond to ensure the quests had everything they need to enjoy their stay.

When it comes to sustainability, the AC Hotel Minneapolis Downtown was built using the latest in building materials. Being newly built, we use one, three (3) yard trash container for 245 guestrooms, 3 recycling containers for glass, plastics and aluminum and we paper shred and recycle all cardboard. Our employees have asked us about food recycling and we are currently in the exploratory/gathering information process. All toilets in the building are a 2 option, 1 gallon flush, the sinks all have a lower water flow of ½ gallon per second. All lighting for the building is LED.
