I will be staying at this hotel for two weeks. Everything I need is in the hotel: breakfast, laundry facility, gym, pool, firepit. The historic downtown area is in walking distance. I'm so happy I selected Holiday Inn Express in downtown Pensacola!
This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in a while. Every single member of the staff was so friendly and helpful. The facilities were kept so clean, and they made an effort to clean my room daily, working around my schedule. Truly went above and beyond. I wish more hotels operated like this one.
