I've stayed with Comfort Suites Tucson for years, sometimes twice a year. I like the atmosphere, the ambiance, the staff, room comfort and the breakfast! It's convenient to everything I need without the traffic and congestion.
Everything from the receptionist Stephanie to the patio rooms it was secluded felt like a resort almost, really great stay.

Overall we had a good experience there. Room was clean, pool and jacuzzi were great, breakfast was convenient. When we returned to our room, we did interrupt the housekeeper working. I was not mad at her but was upset to see that she was in the bathroom, front door wide open, with her cart in the outside walkway. My laptop was on the desk and someone could have easily come in and taken it. Thank goodness it didn't get stolen. It would be good to have a protocol for cleaning occupied rooms that would make guest feel more comfortable with leaving valuable items in their rooms.
The young man at the desk was very courteous and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. For the most part the room was clean and the towels were well stocked. We did have issues with the door and key but that’s not a game changer. We would stay here again!
