We had a few unexpected personal things: allergy to something in the room and arrived one day earlier than scheduled. The hotel staff found a room for us and also helped find a second room when we expressed a reaction. The hotel is pet friendly and we didn’t know that and our bodies reacted immediately. They do have floors for non pet people, like us. Or at least they try to reserve using them for people with allergies. Our stay was for three nights so it was necessary to move. We were there for a family gathering, a local event and I also worked from there. It worked out great!
Hyatt House had comfortable rooms that were clean and well stocked. It had free parking, free breakfast and a friendly staff.
