Upon checking in I discovered I had left my credit Card at a restaurant we stopped at prior to checking in. The staff immediately took charge, they called the Brix Grill in Rosburg and had my card secured. They went above and beyond. I will never stay anywhere else in Grants Pass, Oregon. Our room overlooking the river was very comfortable and clean. An absolute 💎.
This is the second I stayed at this hotel. Love the Lodge feel. I had a river view room. ( most of the rooms do). Convenient and short walk to nearby Tap Rock restaurant and bar. The staff is great! Warm chocolate chip cookies about 7:30 p.m. which is fun!
One of the friendliest hotel staffs we have ever encountered! They truly put the guests first.
Super wonderful! We loved the complementary wine and cheese evenings. The breakfast was terrific. The view from our room was gorgeous. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

I've never been to Oregon before and it was such a pleasure to stay at The Lodge at Riverside. I stayed in the Cottage which is a room away from the main hotel with a little patio area. It was wonderful! The patio area was so nice to sit at in the morning and evening with the hot weather. I had my coffee or wine and sat there with a good book. Maya, who worked at the front desk, was exceptional! She was very accommodating and welcomed my entire family she was so pleasant! She is a complete gem! I can't wait to stay here again!
The included breakfast was a big plus. We also enjoyed the nice wine service in the lobby—a perfect way to end the day. The room was clean, well-appointed, and spacious. We especially loved the in-room coffee maker. The free EV chargers were a major convenience for us as EV drivers. While the room was comfortable. We’ll definitely stay here again when visiting Grants Pass.
This is our second time staying here and we absolutely love it. We love the evening cookies and milk. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Grant's Pass. Thank you guys.
