From the moment we walked in until we left, we were greeted and treated with respect and kindness. We had a few personal moments that required some help and they were amazing. Thank you.
The stay was fine. When I booked my stay; I was told the demand was high. I was charged more than $200 per night. With no refund? While there, occupancy could not have been more than 55%. Clearly the parking lot indicated possibly less? My feelings reflect the feelings most others would have. Being 72 years old, I believe this experience would be considered elderly abuse.
Very friendly, very accommodating staff. Room was so nice, beautiful, very comfy. I would recommend to anyone going to Fresno area and needing lodging.

Complimentary Deluxe Hot Breakfast served buffet style. Scrambled Eggs/Boiled Eggs, Sausage Links/Sausage, Bacon, Biscuits & Gravy, Breakfast Potatoes, Belgian Waffles, Hot/Cold Cereals, Yogurt, etc. These are the items that are in our daily breakfast and it changes daily.
