The toilet flapper needs replaced, bath door handle is broken and TV is way too small with poor Channel selection.
This hotel is one of the least clean hotels I have ever stayed in. The whole place had an odd musty odor. Our room smelled even worse. Our shower had mold growing in it. The next morning our entire floor smelled like weed. Would not recommend staying here; however your options are extremely limited in this area.
We are a green friendly hotel and offer both linen and terry reuse programs. All of our breakfast serving pieces are made with eco friendly products and we have a recycle bin in the foyer for guest to use.
Due to the pandemic, our breakfast offerings have changed. All food items are prepackaged. To limit a guest exposure to covid-19, our breakfast is no longer self-serve, but service is offered by a staff member at the guests request. Extra coffee can always be provided in the guest rooms upon request.

I have narrated at this hotel many times. The last time I unknowingly used a booking company that was problematic. (I learned that it is best to call the Hotel itself to place reservations to avoid complications). I submitted a bad review related to the booking company. The general manager called me personally and ensured everything was made right. I am currently here again and my husband and I are amazed at the cleanliness, the friendliness of staff and the great continental breakfast that has everything from bagel and cereal, to waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy and sausage. I have stayed at every hotel available in this area, this is by far our favorite!
