No soap, no facial tissue, no shampoo or conditioner, no desk chair, inoperable ice machine, walls marked up, lawn not mowed, front door nasty next time I will stay at Hampton Inn.
Location convenient, linens were clean and nice, but bathroom needs work. It was basically clean but could be better.
We have a Green towel reuse program. If your towels are hanging when housekeeping services your room they will not be taken and you can reuse them. If they are on the floor they will be replaced.
