Manager and front desk person were friendly. Beds are just okay and the breakfast was marginal.
I’m giving this a three due to multiple issues 1. I booked my reservation on holiday inn express for three nights but only used the reservation for two nights. They told me that they could not refund me for the 3rd night because I didn’t reserve through them. So now I have to go to a “refund “ site for them to approve my refund. I went into a flare with my RA and I needed to leave to go home early 2. The beds in our room were very uncomfortable and we couldn’t get a good night sleep. The previous times we had stayed there we never had this issue.
Nice hotel. Need to get rid of the pigeons above the front door.
