The hotel was easy to get to off of I 75. The staff that waited on us was very friendly and very knowledgeable. And it was real easy to get to the venue we was going to to see a concert. The bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows. The room was nice and clean no issues and we come back to Ocala we would definitely stay there again.

You get what you pay for. Clean enough and comfortable. Just used and needs to be updated. Will stay again due to location. Staff very accommodating.
If I was able to give zero stars I would. This hotel gave away my room and canceled my reservation. I got to the hotel at 12:30 AM and I had no where for my daughter and I to stay because they gave my room away. On Friday 1/17 I received a confirmation text about my arrival. The text also stated that check in time was 1500 0300 hrs. I arrived at 12:30 therefore I was in the window. To add insult to injury they are refusing to reimburse me. I would never book at this hotel even if they were giving away diamonds and pearls! I am also still waiting for my full refund!
Accommodations were great. It was very quiet.
