Staff very friendly and helpful. Answered questions asked and werer very nice.
We have stayed at this location several times in years past.Always a friendly front desk greeting.
Linens on towels/washcloths still had spots ( looked like blood). Bedspread had spots. Bathroom had pieces of TP on the floor. Reserved two rooms over the phone and tried to have another family member pay for their room and was told that I went through a 3rd party when I called directly to that hotel in Columbus, Ind. Bever had this experience staying at one of your hotels but I will think twice before coming back.

The property was very clean, room was lovely, and the bed was so comfortable as well as the lovely bathroom and the amenities.
