The hotel was nice and clean bed was comfortable the A/C in the room was a bit loud, but overall great stay the young lady on the night shift was very pleasant and accommodating.
I recently stayed at the Comfort Suites in Palm Bay when visiting for a wedding. As a member of the bridal party I was really hoping for all things in the hotel room to be in working order. Issues were as follows for room 220: Bathroom Outlets did not work I was only able to access an outlet for my personal blow dryer/ curling iron. Bathrooms and closet door had dents from where a previous guest kicked them in. By the sofa there is no lamp and a section of the carpet is cut out exposing concrete. The heating/cooling vents are incredibly dusty and mysteriously sticky with dust (I tried to wipe down). Sleeping on the highway side of the hotel is very loud. Paper products are rough bring your own. As for positives: the desk customer service was kind and easy to work with. Good location as far as having all you may need in walking distance. The area has a bit of a sketchy vibe at night.
We always stay here when we are in the area, it’s located near everything and it’s clean, the workers are friendly as well.
