The front desk associate was friendly and helpful upon check in. I had booked through a 3rd party provider (Expedia) and was charged a much higher price than the hotel charges. It was non refundable, so I have to take it up with them. But he helped in any way he could. On the other hand, upon checking out in the morning, the person on duty handed my a receipt that represented HI's payment to Expedia ($100), which shows me what a scam these 3rd party companies have goig with their hotel partners. When I questioned the associate about the invoice, he took it back and apologized, saying it was between the hotel and Expedia. Not a god look! The hotel room was fine, clean and comfortable.
This was a pleasant, clean and fully equipped property. All staff were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was great!

The hotel and staff were all wonderful and we highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express Acworth Kennesaw Northwest. We unknowingly booked this through Experian. Strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND using Experian. It was a big rip off, which cost us an additional $70 80. The lady we spoke to at Experian told us there were only two rooms available and we need to book immediately or take a chance of loosing the room. She said all they had left was two king size beds. When we arrived at the hotel, we discovered they didn't have any king size beds and it was a slow night and they had many open rooms available. We were told an absolute lie from Experian.
