This is my second time I’ve have stay at the same Hilton location My stay was excellent. Clean and well maintained. Customer service was great. Thank you.
Upon arrival, a nice young man checked us in. He kindly found rooms that were near each other for us and our daughter who booked separately. We went to get on the elevator, but the closest one was out of order. That wasn’t mentioned at check in. It worked out as the further elevator brought us right up to our room anyway. The hotel was clean and our room was laid out well. The bed was comfortable, we had plenty of pillows and there was a ceiling fan above the bed. The shower was warm and had great pressure. It was nice having two TVs, so my husband and I could enjoy what we each like. We went to the pool, but it and the room it was in were very cold. We couldn’t handle being in it long and we had to go back to our room and bump up the heat to warm up. Breakfast was included in our stay and they had a lot of hot and cold options. Check out at noon was fabulous as we didn’t have to rush around in the morning. The cleaning ladies did open our door to come in before we were checked out (apx an hour early) and quickly closed the door when they saw my husband. Luckily he was appropriate. The woman who checked us out was also kind. Overall, it was a nice stay. We would definitely stay again.
