We had an emergency with our car and needed a place to stay late at night. Residence Inn by Marriott in Concord was just right! The staff was kind and provided amenities for our overnight. The inn is quiet and comfortable. We could even walk to where our car was being repaired. It certainly took the edge off an unexpected situation.
This was our first trip with hubby in wheelchair. I booked HP studio room. Spoke to front desk the day before arrival and asked if it had roll in shower. When we arrived, they had up graded us to an HP room with a roll in shower and two bedrooms at no additional cost. This made the stay SO much better! The rooms were spotless, the staff very friendly and helpful. The saltwater pool and exercise room were well maintained. Yes, I would highly recommend this hotel.
The staff were excellent and the amenities were top notch. Would definitely stay here next time I'm in Concord.
