Very friendly staff at hotel and valet service. Breakfast was great. The TV only had cable service and no option for Netflix or to rent movies. Also paid for a riverview room which I did not receive.

I reserved this room for my daughter who is a quadriplegic. The room couldn’t get over 66 degrees and her nurse had to move her to another room. Someone on the staff said they heard that the room had heating problems. So much for having a good time at Hampton Inn. It’s hard enough for a handicapped person to take a few days off for the first trip out after her accident 18 months ago. She couldn’t use the handicapped shower while at your facility because of the low temperature. Gary Gunnerson Note her parking fee was waived. In Chicago area handicapped parking is usually at a reduced rate or free. The facility should be ashamed of themselves.

"Good hotel near Xcel Center"

Very clean, pretty hotel. Staff was very pleasant, valet team was awesome. Enjoyed the secure front entrance as well. We were attending a concert at Xcel Center and it was so convenient.
