Overall our experience at this hotel was wonderful. Stephanie at the front desk was awesome. She was beyond kind and extremely helpful. She went out of her way to help me with my rewards and smiled the entire time! Latoyia out did herself with the breakfast food. It was delicious and I always saw her cleaning the tables or doing something productive. She was there if you needed help! The hotel was nice and clean. The pool was warm to swim in. The king suite was very spacious! Super nice layout.

Overall the hotel is fine. It was quiet and in a good location close to restaurants and Walmart. It’s pretty dated and old. The room itself was clean but the sofa in the room was stained and dingy. I stayed for 6 nights and my room was not serviced at all during my stay. I went down to the desk half way through my stay to get toilet paper and some new towels. I was told that I could not get new towels unless I turned in my dirty towels. Honestly just a bit of a weird process to me. I travel often for work and stay generally for a week to 10 days at a time in one location and I’ve never stayed somewhere that 1) didn’t service a room during the stay and 2) made me bring my dirty towels to the front desk to have them counted and get new ones.
Pool was not cold. Nice breakfast. Tried calling to check in early and even offered to pay more and the hannah wouldnt let me. When we got there my bf went in and talked to Tae and he let us check in early which was a blessing.
