The title said it all.
I chose your hotel because a friend was stay here. I looked online and rooms were $183. A night. I was staying two nights. We were in town for the wrestling championship on Friday and Saturday. I stayed Thursday and Friday nights. I paid a total of 542.22 total for the two nights. Tax and fee for two nights were $121.24. Why was taxes and fee so high? I was completely ripped off. To top it all off, my room wasn’t cleaned on the first night. No trash was dumped or no clean towels were provided. I had to go to the front desk and ask for towels. I will never stay at this hotel ever. Your price gouging due to wrestling family coming to town. I had called and made reservations for these two nights. I got to hotel and the man at the front desk I couldn’t understand ( poor speaking English) I had to show him my phone where I had had reservations. He was acting like I didn’t have reservations and trouble finding them. I won’t be back ever. You are a rip off hotel chain.
Yes. We strive to minimize our carbon footprint with recycling. We also have cards in each rooms for our guests to use to reduce our water usage in regards to our laundry. There is a card for our guests that stay multiple nights to put on the bed if they are ok with sleeping on the same sheets as the night before. Also, there is a card in each bathroom instructing guests to put towels on the floor they need to have washed and clean towels that are hung will not be washed. All linens will be washed upon checkout however
