You need to put a little stool in room so I can get in bed. The bed is too tall The bathroom toilet would not flush down.

Surprised when I requested room on first floor at time of booking because my husband is handicapped and cannot do stairs and they had no elevator.when I checked in did not have a room on first floor,not even my request but a kind gentleman who was checking in traded his first floor room for us. Really surprised the service at this visit probably won’t be staying next visit.
Very comfortable room. The lady who helped us at check-in was patient and we talked about our trip so we could laugh together. Thank you.
